Operations Coordinator

Taylor is a passionate community advocate with broad professional and volunteer involvement in the not-for-profit sector with a strong commitment to causes centered on equity, justice, trauma, community engagement, and improving quality of life (and death).

Her specialization lies in the operation and delivery of frontlines work as well as leadership in community services, with experience in multiple facets of social service, including but not limited to, harm reduction, mental health, addictions, housing, sexual/reproductive health, sexual violence, and gender-affirming care.

She holds multiple Diplomas in the social service sector, including Child & Youth Work, and Community + Justice Services. Additionally, she participated in a specialty Master’s level psychotherapeutic program, studying under physician and author, Gabor Maté.

Outside of work, you can find Taylor accidentally killing her plants, chasing after her (much faster) dog, spending time with family and friends, napping with her cat (catnapping?), organizing (and re-organizing) something, or loitering at the local bookshop in search of her next great read.
