Lynda is a seasoned HR professional with over 30 years of experience in the Professional Services industry. Recognized for her pragmatic and balanced approach to talent management and employee relations, Lynda excels in providing advice that meets the needs of both individuals and organizations, while expertly mitigating risk. Her thorough understanding of code of conduct, conflict resolution and misconduct investigations have been crucial in maintaining ethical standards within organizations.
In her extensive career, Lynda has successfully led cross-functional teams, overseeing complex and diverse employee relations matters, including organization redesign, policy and program development, workplace investigations, individual accommodations and disability leaves. Her proficiency in project and change management facilitated the successful implementation of numerous initiatives.
An alumnus of Toronto Metropolitan University, Lynda holds her CHRL, a Workplace Mental Health Leadership Certificate from Queens University, and is certified in Alternate Dispute Resolution through the University of Windsor Faculty of Law.
Beyond her professional achievements, Lynda is an avid golfer who enjoys traveling both near and far to experience world-class courses and the extraordinary landscapes that accompany them.
