Dr. Konia Trouton is a physician based on Vancouver Island. She has been involved in social justice aspects of health care since medical school. Dr. Trouton is a founding member of the Canadian Association of MAID Assessors and Providers and continues to be an active board member, promoting education to medical assistance in dying (MAID) in Canada.
