Manager, People, Culture and Operations
Danielle is the Manager, People, Culture and Operations at Dying With Dignity Canada. In this role, she provides leadership and oversight for the daily operations and administrative activities of DWDC, ensuring efficiency across departments. Danielle’s dedication to advocating for and advancing causes related to social justice is what drew her to this work. Danielle took the lead on a collaborative project with a Diversity Equity and Inclusion consultant, to create a 3-year action plan that will advance DWDC’s commitment to DEI. She brings over 15 years of experience working in the non-profit sector, with a background in community and social services, youth mental health, and the arts. Fun fact: In her spare time, you can find Danielle baking, snuggling with her cat Bruce Wayne, or enjoying spontaneous living room dance parties with her family.
