Director, Government and Stakeholder Relations

Chris has worked in the Government Relations field for over 20 years, as a senior manager and Executive Director of a number of not-for-profit and for-profit associations. He has extensive federal policy, advocacy, and public affairs experience in a variety of sectors. He also spent nearly four years on Parliament Hill advising various politicians, including two cabinet ministers and a leader of an opposition party. Most recently he has worked in the housing/mental health field. Through this work, and time spent helping the food-insecure in his community, he has developed an understanding of the vulnerability which many Canadians experience in their lives.
