Become a Member

Thank you for your interest in a Dying With Dignity Canada membership. Members receive voting rights at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) and other members’ meetings. We will notify you a minimum of 21 days before our AGM or any members’ meetings.

2023 Membership Fee: $50

• Membership is annual and expires at the end of each calendar year. Memberships purchased in 2023 will expire on December 31, 2023. If you are unsure of your membership status or have any questions, please contact members@dyingwithdignity.ca.
• Membership must be purchased as an individual, not a Corporation or Foundation.
• Membership fees are not considered charitable donations and thus are not eligible for tax receipts. If you’d prefer to make a donation and receive a charitable receipt, you can do that here.

Dying With Dignity Canada’s charitable registration number is 11889 0086 RR0001.
