Did you receive a postcard about Advance Care Planning (ACP) in the mail? As part of our mission to ensure access to quality end-of-life choice and care, Dying With Dignity Canada (DWDC) sent an ACP postcard to a selection of postal walks across the country. 

The goal? To educate people across Canada about the importance of Advance Care Planning and provide free access to a critical resource.  

We believe that everyone should have an Advance Care Plan, no matter their age or current health status. It can help ensure a person receives care that aligns with their values and provides peace of mind for them and their loved ones.
