Typically, Toronto temperatures range from a low of 1 degree Celsius (33 degrees Fahrenheit) to a high of 10 degrees Celsius (50 degrees Fahrenheit) at the beginning of November.

Registration will open on March 15, 2022. There will be an early bird discount rate available.

The organizers are happy to provide you with a letter. Please email conference@dyingwithdignity.ca to make arrangements.

Unfortunately, the organizers are not able to provide individual grants or funds. Some discounts have been arranged with travel partners and the hotel has provided a conference rate.

All registrations must be done in advance of the conference as the organizers need to plan meals and ensure that there are seats for everyone.

A call for speakers was initiated by the organizers with a return date of February 18, 2022. Please contact conference@dyingwithdignity.ca for further information.

The conference and venue will follow all public health rules and guidelines in place at the time. Conference attendees may need to provide proof of vaccination in order to attend.

Yes, the venue is accessible. Please indicate your requirements when you register. A number of accessible rooms have been set aside in the hotel rooming block as well.

The venue does not allow outside food to be brought in. Please indicate your dietary restrictions on the registration form and the organizers will make their best efforts to accommodate your needs.

The organizers plan to reformat the conference if required to be a virtual conference. Information on any changes will be provided to all registrants if this occurs.
