Navigating end-of-life care in hospital

Sarah Yip, RN, MN, is a Clinical Nurse Specialist working in Palliative Care at North York General Hospital. She has a Masters in Clinical Nursing from the University of Toronto and specialty certification in Hospice Palliative Care Nursing with the Canadian Nurses Association. In her work Sarah provides palliative care consultation and end of life care for patients and families in hospital. She is currently enrolled at the University of Toronto completing her Nurse Practitioner diploma.
