The health care system can be complicated and disjointed. Through this resource, Dying With Dignity Canada (DWDC) outlines valuable considerations for those diagnosed with a life-limiting condition.
The focus of this resource is on end-of-life care decisions and the importance of thinking about and discussing options and priorities early and often. Much of the information and perspectives shared in this resource were generously offered by DWDC’s Clinicians Advisory Council — a knowledgeable and compassionate group of nurse practitioners and physicians.
