The PEI Chapter serves the counties of Prince, Kings, and Queens.

Services Provided

  • Provide witnesses under the Independent Witness Program
  • Workshops and presentations for Advance Care Planning (ACP)
  • Medical assistance in dying (MAID) presentations
  • Advocating for end-of-life care and choice
  • Building and maintaining relationships within PEI communities including active outreach and use of social media
