About Us

Since 2014, the Ottawa Chapter of Dying With Dignity Canada has been offering educational workshops and presentations about advance care planning, end-of-life choices, and patient rights in Canada. We are passionate about encouraging individuals and their loved ones to consider and communicate their wishes for end-of-life care. We also advocate for appropriately-regulated Medical Assistance in Dying (MAID) in Canada.

If you are interested in an educational event for yourself or your organization, please get in touch by emailing ottawa@dyingwithdignity.ca. If you are seeking an independent witness for your MAID application form, please email witness@dyingwithdignity.ca.
