Our volunteers are instrumental in helping us achieve our goals. Can you organize, support, speak or share your expertise? If so, we need your help.

Organize
We need people to organize local events ranging from membership drives to participation in wellness fairs. Contact our Community Volunteer Coordinator for more details.
Speak Out
We need volunteers to spread the word. Opportunities range from staffing a table at a wellness fair to speaking to public gatherings. Contact our Community Volunteer Coordinator for more details or to sign up for an upcoming speaker training session.
Share Your Expertise
We need individuals with expertise in finance, marketing, law, human resources, medicine, governance, strategic planning, fundraising, ethics and other specialties to advise our Board and Executive Director. If you have an area of expertise and are willing to share it, please contact our Executive Director to discuss potential volunteer opportunities.
Provide Clerical Support
We need volunteers in our Toronto office to answer phones, assist with data entry and help with periodic mail outs. Contact , our Membership and Office Coordinator, for more details.
