Kay Carter (pictured) refused to die inch by inch. Being denied a physician-assisted death in Canada, she travelled to Dignitas in Switzerland to have the death she so wanted and deserved. In Carter vs. Canada we are fighting for all Canadians to have the right to choose to die with dignity.
