Gift Membership

Is there someone you care about who doesn't have an Advance Care Plan? Why not give them the gift of a DWD Membership? They'll receive their Advance Care Planning Kit as well as all the other benefits of membership. We'll also send them a card letting them know about your gift - and you'll receive a tax receipt.

Family Membership

Any two individuals can join under a family membership, provided they are at the same address. Membership benefits are the same as if both individuals joined separately.

Compassionate Membership
Pay-What-You-Can.
We will never turn you away because you can't pay! Our compassionate members pay what they can, no questions asked. Note that there is a minimum fee of $10.00 to cover mailing costs and administration.
