End of Life Choices- Lethbridge- February 7th 2017

Dying With Dignity Canada's Lethbridge Chapter is hosting an evening video presentation and informal conversation on End of Life Choices. This is a free public event. Everyone is welcome. Please save the date and join us.

Noreen Campbell of North Saanich, BC received an assisted death on January 12th 2017 with the help of a compassionate physician. In her amazing video, she shared with us her reasons for choosing medical assistance in dying. Following the video screening, DWDC Physicians Advisory Council member, Dr. David Amies will then offer an update on medical assistance in dying provincially and nationally.  All are invited to participate in an open conversation, sharing thoughts and ideas regarding death and dying in our society.  Are we getting more comfortable talking openly about death?  Is our community tolerant of a variety of choices at end of life?  How could we encourage more conversations about death and end of life care?
