The Ottawa Chapter will be holding an Advance Care Planning (ACP) in Ontario workshop on Saturday, November 14, 2015 from 1:30pm to 4:30pm. More information on ACP can be found at www.dyingwithdignity.ca – follow the links from the home page to the ACP kit for Ontario. If you plan to attend this workshop, please bring with you a copy of the Ontario ACP kit.
The session will take place at the Ottawa Archives (James Bartleman Centre) located in Centrepointe at 100 Tallwood, around the corner from Woodroffe Avenue. Although there is parking at the back of the building, you may wish to take public transportation. Please note that this facility is scent and smoke free.
If you are interested in attending, please e-mail Janice McBride, firstname.lastname@example.org. Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first included basis. The session is free of charge and refreshments will be available. Donations to defray the expenses however would be appreciated.
We hope that you can join us on November 14 to learn more about ACP and to hear an update on Dying With Dignity Canada’s ongoing advocacy campaign.
