Associated Organizations
Dying With Dignity Canada is proud to be associated with the following organizations:
A community-based legal clinic for low income senior citizens. Discusses elder abuse, home care, income, power of attorney, and tenancy issues.
Bereavement Ontario Network is a diverse group of organizations and individuals throughout the province that work in the field of grief, bereavement, and mourning as professionals and volunteers.
The national voice for Hospice Palliative Care in Canada. Advancing and advocating for quality end-of-life/hospice palliative care in Canada, its work includes public policy, public education and awareness. Established in 1991, its volunteer Board of Directors is composed of hospice palliative care workers and volunteers from Canadian provinces and territories as well as members-at-large.
Canada's largest volunteer hospice organization, consisting of more than 180 community-based volunteer organizations providing high-quality, compassionate end-of-life care for individuals living with a life-threatening illness, and those who care for them.
For 50 years the Memorial Society of B.C. has helped its members plan funerals that are simple, dignified and affordable.
The World Federation, founded in 1980, consists of 45 right to die organizations from 26 countries. The Federation provides an international link for organizations working to secure or protect the rights of individuals to self-determination at the end of their lives.
